Linalool

Linalool is another potent terpene found in citrus but it is mostly found in plants. Linalool is used in products like candles, soaps and lotions for its calming effective it may give. Some studies have shown it is also a very effective insect repellent, in two studies it repelled twice as much! Linalool is also found in beer, and many beer lovers will know the difference between “hoppier” beer. Like beer, cannabis has linalool that effects the tastes, smell and effect.

Fun Fact! Recently even beer has terpenes! Some companies add the linalool terpene to give it a fruity flavour!
